Rashid A Aziz (www.rashidaaziz.com) A Chartered Professional Accountant by background has developed three houses in Kitsilano. All three required extensive renovation and are located at 2566-70 York Ave, 1925 Whyte Ave and 1935 Whyte Ave.
The Builder
G. H. Street Ltd. (www.ghstreetltd.com); a family owned business with over 40 years of construction experience was hired on all three of the above projects.
Architectural Design
Terra Firma Design Ltd (www.terrafirmadesignltd.com) was involved in all three of the above projects from inception to completion.

They provided comprehensive and beautiful design plans for 1935 Whyte Ave.
